Located in Orange County, the Mission of the California Republic Leadership Academy (CRLA) is to develop the next generation of leaders in mind, character, and practice through a virtue-based education that leads a scholar to servant leadership through the pursuit of truth and the development of virtue and wisdom. CRLA is a new and growing charter public school network with schools in San Juan Capistrano and in Yorba Linda. CRLA is launching a new school in Saddleback Valley in the 2026/27 school year.

CRLA Saddleback Valley utilizes a Classical Education model. The Elementary Teacher provides high-quality instruction within a small school environment where every student is known and valued as an individual. As a founding school teacher of a Classical Education model school, teachers will likely be learning a new style of teaching that is both rigorous and rewarding.
