Linscott Charter School is a small, independent K-8 charter school in the heart of Watsonville. We are our own employer with our own dedicated staff and leadership team, separate from PVUSD. With one class per grade level, we pride ourselves on the ability to form meaningful relationships with our students and families. Our culture is one of support, inclusion, and community. Our teachers enjoy the freedom to use best practices, research, and tools to create their own unique curriculum that goes above and beyond state standards. We are looking for a talented, dedicated educator to begin the year with our amazing 4th graders. This full-time, temporary position is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference for a classroom of students who need a consistent, caring teacher from day one. The 26-27 assignment may last anywhere from two months to the full school year, depending on the returning teacher's timeline.
