Gabriella Charter Schools is composed of two high-performing, dance-themed charter schools in the Los Angeles community. GCS 1 serves grades TK-8 and is located in the community of Echo Park. Job Summary

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for owning and leading human resources-related duties in the following areas: employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, employee records management, health and safety, compliance, and completing personnel transactions. The Human Resource Manager will also assist other Senior Leaders with operational projects and tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is a highly personable, systematic, and extremely organized individual who deeply believes in the Gabriella Charter Schools model and is committed to helping build a culture where all students reach their highest potential.
