Requirements / Qualifications
Education: -Possession of an advanced degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university is desired. Experience: -Three (3) or more years of effective teaching experience. -Two (2) or more years of experience mentoring in NCSOE programs as a district Mentor. -Experience coordinating and facilitating a variety of instructional strategies, learning activities and courses, including online/distance teaching. -Experience teaching adult learners. -Demonstrated commitment to professional learning and collaboration. -Demonstrated success in mentoring, coaching and supervising Mentees. Credentials: -Appropriate valid California Teaching Credential or equivalent licensure. Other- **DOJ & FBI Fingerpints and proof of TB vaccination are required. A mandatory employment disclose by all former employers for the AB2534 must be completed prior to employment.
