If you are not CA Credentialed Please attach a copy of Valid Registered Nurse License issued by the State of California and copies of transcripts showing a BA or higher degree from a regionally accredited college or university. 7. Enter your "Social Security Number and Birth Date" 4. Select your valid teaching credential for this position and print. 5. Upload to your application
Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, including courses necessary to qualify for a School Nurse Services Credential. • One year of successful experience in public health nursing or two years of clinical nursing experience involving work with children and adolescents, preferred.
