Job Title: Maintenance Technician Classification: Non-Exempt Status: Regular, Full-Time Work Year: 12-Month Position Overview The Maintenance Technician performs a wide range of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks to support the safe, efficient, and attractive operation of school facilities. This role is responsible for minor plumbing, painting, carpentry, mechanical, and electrical repairs; supports daily operations and campus events; and maintains interior and exterior areas of campus facilities, including Boarding & Convent living areas, kitchens, classrooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, outdoor common areas, athletic areas, and the swimming pool. Participation in a facilities team on-call rotation is required to respond to evening, weekend, holiday, and emergency needs.
