Job Summary
Under the direction of senior leadership, the Compliance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing attendance compliance and reporting across all SIATech school sites, including Independent Study and Job Corps programs. This role ensures that attendance practices are legally compliant, educationally effective, and aligned with state and federal regulations. The Coordinator collects, audits, and analyzes student attendance data; maintains internal compliance procedures; and collaborates with school administrators and instructional staff to implement consistent attendance protocols. A key function of the role includes preparing and submitting accurate attendance reports on a monthly basis, as well as for each learning period and attendance period. The Coordinator also provides training, monitors regulatory changes, and supports the use of compliance platforms to improve data integrity and student outcomes.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 2 years’ direct experience in K-12 environment in either student data management and/or using student data preferred Experience with data systems and a knowledge of independent study programs and compliance desirable Please upload a cover letter and resume along with your completed application.

Salary: $68,256.97 - $120,446.99
Master's Stipend $2,000; Doctorate Stipend $2,000
Placement on the Classified Salary Schedule will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications.
Benefits: Member of California Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS). SIATech contributes 26.81% of salary to PERS annually (2025-2026)
