About the Employer

** F.J. White Learning Center serves our students in grades TK-2. ** Castle Rock Elementary School serves our students in grades 3-5. ** Woodlake Valley Middle School serves our students in grades 6-8. ** Woodlake High School serves grades 9-12 students, and the Three Rivers and Seville students join the district. ** Bravo Lake also serves students in grades 9-12 who need an alternative setting. ** Woodlake Community Day School serves students in grades 7-12.

Job Summary

This job of "Mail Delivery Clerk/Shipping & Receiving" is done for the purpose/s of receiving and sorting incoming mail to distribute to other departments or individuals. Ship, receive, deliver supplies, materials, equipment, and maintain inventory control and records; perform related work.

Requirements / Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Valid California Driver's License; Proof of Insurability; Pre-employment physical;

Ability to fill out and calculate amounts for shipping forms; Prior experience with various methods of shipping such as U.S. Postal Service, Fed Ex, and UPS preferred but not required; Prior experience tracking inventory; Prior knowledge of MS Excel and Word is preferred but not required; Ability to carry out oral and written directions; work cooperatively with those contacted in the course of work; Ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift at least 50 lbs. daily, follow oral and written instructions, work independently with minimal supervision, perform various tasks, and understand and carry out oral and written instructions; Must be cleared to drive for the district.
