Job Summary

Temecula International Academy is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a new SLP to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year in a supportive, collaborative TK–8 charter school environment. The SLP will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders, while working closely with staff and families to support student success in both academic and social settings. TIA is a TK-8th grade charter school in the Temecula Valley that focuses on developing the whole child through world language, small class sizes, social emotional learning, and rigorous academics that prepare students for their next steps in education. We are seeking an individual that will continue to grow with our team of exemplary educators, who are passionate about the school and families, and will continue to cultivate a positive culture for our community.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education and Experience Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Eligible for California Speech-Language Pathology license and Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential (or ability to obtain) Completion of required clinical practicum hours Experience in a school setting and familiarity with IEPs preferred Bilingual (Spanish-English) candidates encouraged to apply

Knowledge of: IDEA, special education compliance, and IEP processes Speech-language assessment tools and intervention strategies Child development, particularly in school-aged populations (TK–8) School-based service delivery models (push-in, pull-out, consultation) General education curriculum and strategies for supporting access Instructional technology and documentation systems
