Requirements / Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Graduation from High School or equivalent; • Must maintain a valid San Bernardino County Food Handlers Certificate • A certificate showing that within the last 60 days the person has submitted to a tuberculosis risk assessment and if tuberculosis risk factors were identified, has been examined by a physician, nurse practitioner, or local health department and has been found to be free of infectious tuberculosis • Candidates selected for employment are required to be fingerprinted and cleared by the CA Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigations through the Lewis Center (LCER) DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Current CPR/First Aid Certification preferred • Two (2) years of food preparation and service experience preferred, which demonstrates the ability to perform the essential duties
