ABLE Charter is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Principal. The Assistant Principal (AP) reports to the assigned Principal and serves as the second-ranking administrator of the school. Working in close partnership with the Principal, the AP supports the overall leadership, management, and success of the charter school. In addition to serving as an instructional leader, the AP holds administrative and oversight responsibilities in key areas of the school’s daily operations, ensuring a safe, structured, and high-performing learning environment. The role involves frequent interaction with students, parents, and teachers, addressing matters related to student progress, behavior, and overall school climate. The Assistant Principal also contributes to staff development, implementation of academic programs, and enforcement of school policies, helping to uphold the mission and standards of the charter school.
