MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Graduate degree in special education or related field. • Five (5) years successful public education experience, experience in the field of special education desirable. • Experience as an Instructional Coach highly desirable. • Valid Teaching, Pupil Services, or Clinical Rehabilitation Credential. • Valid California Administrative Credential. • Possession of a valid California driver’s license, maintain possession of such license during the course of employment and maintain an acceptable driving record. Availability of private transportation with evidence of adequate car insurance. Employment Status: Certificated Management. Note: The SELPA Improvement Facilitator position is 100% grant funded with an anticipated 5-year cycle. If additional funding is obtained to extend the grant beyond the end date, employment in this capacity may also be extended.
