Requirements / Qualifications
*Position will be teaching in the Hybrid Academy. Specifically, this position will be the 7th grade Homeroom teacher for History Social-Studies, as well as the Language Arts teachers for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Hybrid Academy students.* Internal Applicants: Although an Edjoin application is the only requirement for internal applicants, it is recommended that you include all items listed to allow all panel members a complete view of your qualifications and background. External Applicants: * Must possess a valid California teaching credential based upon a bachelor's degree and student teaching. * Must possess authorization to teach English Language Learners. * Must possess a Bachelor's degree and teacher preparation program in order to obtain a valid California Teaching Credential issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC). If hired, must provide proof of a valid California Driver's License. Required Documents:
- Copy of Transcript (Proof of bachelor's degree or higher)
- Credential Copy (Must possess a valid California teaching credential based upon a bachelor's degree and student teaching)
- English Learner Authorization (Proof of English Learners Authorization)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two signed and dated Letters of Recommendation are required)
