Requirements / Qualifications
• A minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in custodial services, building maintenance, and/or grounds maintenance, preferably within an educational setting, is required. • Demonstrated supervisory experience is preferred. • Proficiency in a second language is highly desirable. • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred. • Possession of a valid driver’s license and proof of insurability are required. • Candidates must meet District standards for physical and mental health.
