General Description: The HR Administrator will support UCA’s human resources functions by managing recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and performance management while fostering a positive and Christ-centered work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a strong understanding of HR practices, and a heart for supporting our faculty and staff in alignment with the values and mission of the school. UCA recognizes administration as integral part of the 5-fold ministry given to the church in Ephesians 4:11-13. As such, UCA administrators serve as ministers to help advance the mission and vision of United Christian Academy.
