Requirements / Qualifications
MA Degree in personnel administration, public administration, business administration, or a related field is required. Three years of management experience, including a minimum of three to five years in a human resources function (including site or district-level supervisory experience) with experience in employer-employee relations, including negotiations. Valid California driver’s license and evidence of insurability. SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) or Administration certification desired. Fingerprint clearance, TB clearance, and other pre-employment requirements as required by law and District policy.
