Under the direction of the Executive Director / Superintendent, the Finance & Budget Director serves as Natomas Charter School’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and has overall responsibility for all financial, budget, human resources, and asset management functions. The Finance & Budget Director/CFO plans, organizes, directs, and administers all business and financial services of the charter school. The Finance & Budget Director/CFO serves as principal advisor to the Executive Director / Superintendent and the NCS Board of Directors in short and long range financial planning as well as fiscal policy development. **The current salary range for 2025–2026 will have a 5% increase at each step for the 2026-2027 school year posted on our website. **This position is CalPERS eligible and also comes with a 403(b) match supplemental retirement program.
