Job Summary

Job Summary

The job of Human Resources Technician is done for the purpose/s of providing complex clerical and technical human resources functions and activities; participating in the recruitment, screening, and processing of new personnel; providing information to employees, job applicants, and the general public; ensuring the timely placement of qualified substitutes; ensuring compliance with legal, administrative requirements; processing workers’ compensation claims; preparing and maintaining a variety of manual and electronic databases, documents, records, and reports.
