Job Summary
Oroville Union High School District is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Mild/Moderate Special Education Teacher to support high school students with disabilities in achieving academic, social, and post-secondary success. Under the direction of the site administrator and Director of Special Education, the Mild/Moderate Education Teacher provides specialized academic instruction and case management services to students with identified disabilities in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The ideal candidate demonstrates strong collaboration skills, knowledge of inclusive practices, and a commitment to ensuring equitable access to the general education curriculum. This position involves working closely with general education teachers, support staff, families, and community agencies to promote student growth and independence.
