About the Employer
Welcome to the Mount Pleasant School District! We are a Transitional Kindergarten through 8th Grade district with three Elementary Schools, one Middle School, and one Transitional Kindergarten through 8th Grade Dependent Charter School. Nestled in the East Foothills of San Jose, we prepare approximately 1,500 students for high school, college, and careers. The multitude of cultures, ethnic groups, and languages makes Mount Pleasant School District a rich atmosphere in which to learn, grow, and work. Add'l Salary Info
Range AB 30-75 & Step 1-16. Stipends: BCLAD Authorization $2,000, Master $2,000, Doctorate $2,300, NBC $1,800. Yearly Health Benefits Cap $17,500. We accept 15 years of verifiable experience for initial placement on the salary schedule.
