The Academy of Our Lady of Peace is currently accepting applications for a Novice Volleyball Head Coach for the upcoming season. This is a seasonal interscholastic coaching position within a competitive CIF girls volleyball program. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic coach who will serve as a positive role model while helping develop fundamental skills and a love for the game at the entry level. The ideal candidate will be committed to building a strong foundation for the program and preparing student-athletes for advancement within OLP Athletics. The Academy of Our Lady of Peace is looking to fill a high school coaching position within the Athletics Department. We are interested in someone dedicated to program development with coaching student-athletes and guidance with qualities of character development.  Previous high school coaching experience is preferred.

Requirements / Qualifications: Prior coaching experience preferred Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, teaching techniques, and player development Demonstrated ability to build teamwork and support the development of female student-athletes Applicants must have: Current TB test CPR/AED and First Aid Certification Livescan background clearance

Required Documents & Pre-Employment Requirements: Applicants must submit a cover letter, resume, and two professional references from current or former supervisors. Candidates must also provide official transcripts, a current negative TB test result or TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire, complete required training, and successfully complete Livescan fingerprinting.
