Requirements / Qualifications

Current CPR/AED Certification, First Aid Card, Coaching Certificate, Concussion Certificate, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certificate and knowledge of adolescent psychology required. Valid TB test, Fingerprint clearance, Keenan course completions, and all other RJUHSD mandated certificates. Please note: First Aid and CPR/AED must be hand's on training course, we do not accept on-line courses. Prior cheer coaching experience at the high school or competitive level preferred. Knowledge of cheer techniques, stunt safety, and sideline performance expectations. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
