Flabob Airport Preparatory Academy (FAPA), a 6-12 school within the Springs Charter School network, is seeking a dynamic and creative Principal to lead our unique aviation-focused campus. Located directly at the historic Flabob Airport, FAPA offers a specialized learning environment where students bridge the gap between traditional academics and the world of flight. We are looking for a leader who is eager to shape the future of our school. Requirements / Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: * California Teaching Credential - Single Subject or Multiple Subject; * Master’s Degree preferred; * Admin Credential preferred; * 5+ years experience preferred as Principal, Assistant Principal, or Director of K-12; * Prior administrative/leadership experience in a charter school preferred.
