With 106 committed staff members, TFHE now serves over 1,050 students from the community neighborhoods of Mayfair, Mt. Pleasant, Sylvandale, Santee, and Alum Rock in East San Jose. Under the direction of the Director of Technology the IT Systems Specialist I/II serves as the senior-level technical lead within the department providing both direct support and systems level oversight across. The Foundation for Hispanic Education. This role bridges the gap between entry-level support technicians and IT management. The Specialist is responsible for resolving complex support requests, managing district-wide platforms coordinating with departments and vendors and ensuring secure and reliable technology for students and staff. This position plays a key role in maintaining critical systems training users and implementing solutions that support instruction and operations.
