Under the direction of the Director of Technology the IT Systems Specialist I/II serves as the senior-level technical lead within the department providing both direct support and systems level oversight across. The Foundation for Hispanic Education. This role bridges the gap between entry-level support technicians and IT management. The Specialist is responsible for resolving complex support requests, managing district-wide platforms coordinating with departments and vendors and ensuring secure and reliable technology for students and staff. This position plays a key role in maintaining critical systems training users and implementing solutions that support instruction and operations.
