Position: Principal Classification: Full-Time, Exempt, Salaried Reports To: Board of Directors Location: Petaluma, CA Salary Range: Starting at $125,000 -$140,000 depending on experience Benefits: Benefits eligible position Position Summary St. Vincent de Paul College Prep seeks a faith-filled, mission-driven, and strategic leader to serve as Principal. Reporting to the President and Board of Directors, the Principal serves as the instructional, spiritual, and operational leader of the school and is responsible for advancing academic excellence, strengthening Catholic values and identity, and ensuring the long-term vitality of the institution. This role requires a visible, faith-centered leader who can strengthen academics, support enrollment growth, build community relationships, foster a positive school culture, and ensure sound fiscal and operational management.

Educations and Experience Preferred: - Valid California Administrative Services Credential. - Valid Teaching credential. - California Driver’s License (maintain an insurable driving record). - Bachelor's in related field required - Master’s degree is highly desirable -Successful experience implementing data-driven strategies to support sustainable growth. -Successful teaching experience
