At Scholarship Prep, we believe every child deserves a joyful, excellent school where they feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn. Strong schools depend on strong systems - and strong systems require strong leadership. The Director of School Operations is responsible for building and leading the operational systems that allow our campuses to run at a high level every day. This role ensures that enrollment, attendance, facilities, technology, safety, and compliance systems are clear, consistent, and effective across all schools. Serving as a strategic partner to Principals and Home Office leaders, this role leads operations teams and drives execution across campuses so that school leaders can focus on teaching and learning. Through strong systems, clear expectations, and consistent follow-through, the Director ensures every school is set up for success.
