Under the direction of the Coordinator Expanded Learning Programs, perform various clerical and administrative duties to provide support to the Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELOP); maintain program records; manage ELOP program schedules; track purchase orders and requests for ELOP classes, perform related work to support the ELOP program.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experience: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by college-level coursework in business or a related field and three years of general clerical experience involving frequent public contact. **Performance tasks may be a portion of the interview process. **Typing Verification minimum of 45 words per minute required, 60 words per minute preferred.
