The Carmel River School community seeks a dedicated, student-centered instructional leader who is committed to fostering a positive, collaborative, and stable school environment. A copy of a current CA Administrative Services Credential must be provided.
Applicants must submit all required documents for an application to be reviewed. Applicants who fail to submit all documents will be screened out during paper screening. Your letter of introduction should include information about your interest in our district and Carmel River School and what you would bring to the organization. Letters of recommendation are not required, but may be included if they are current (dated within the last six months).

You must provide a list of professional references in the appropriate EdJoin section for this purpose, it must include at least one direct supervisor from the past three years.
All complete applications will be paper screened on April 21, 2026. All candidates recommended from paper screening will be scheduled for a screening interview. Final candidates will be identified and scheduled for a Panel Interview.
The District offers a competitive benefits package and the following stipends are available for individuals with advanced degrees:
$2,000 - Master's
$5,635 - Doctorate
(amounts are annual totals, only one incentive for each degree level)
