Requirements / Qualifications

- Current LVN or RN License
- Current CPR/First Aide Certification
- Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and one year of experience in a clinical setting; or one year experience with chronically ill or medically fragile children desirable.
- Three References listed on application (In-house candidates must attach 3 professional references as well and may use the “professional references form,” which is linked on the job posting).
