Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred); Master's degree in related field desirable. Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities, construction, or maintenance, including at least three (3) years in a supervisory or management capacity; or any equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the principal functions of the position. Testing may include written, oral, performance, or other evaluation methods appropriate to measure the knowledge and skills required.
