-Collaborate with site administrators to design and deliver professional development and training that address the universal access needs of all students. -Assist in collecting and organizing student data, providing administrators and grade-level teams with the information they need to effectively plan and implement MTSS at their school site. -Take part in SST and COST meetings to collaborate on strategies and supports that help students succeed. -Partner with teachers to design differentiated instruction that meets the needs of all learners. This includes planning for flexible grouping, leveled/tiered activities, varied learning modalities, and small group centers or stations—creating personalized and responsive learning paths for every student. -Model and support the use of assessment data to guide teachers in forming effective intervention groups within the classroom. -Work with 1st–3rd grade students in the Learning Academy, using assessment results to create flexible small groups that focus on short-term learning goals. -Work with small groups in the classroom to give students extra support where it’s needed and to ensure universal access to learning for all students. -Work with small groups outside the classroom to give students supplemental, short-term support during times when they are not missing grade-level instruction, helping them quickly build skills and return to full participation in the classroom. Daily hours shall be six hours and forty minutes, exclusive of a duty-free lunch period. Work location will be at any of the eight in-person elementary school sites. Bilingual (Spanish or Mandarin) preferred at all sites and minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
