QUALIFICATIONS: * Evidence of demonstrated leadership skills. * Experience analyzing and resolving problems with computer network systems. * Strong organizational skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with staff. * Five (5) years of progressively responsible information systems experience. * Three (3) years in a supervisory or management capacity. * Experience in a public agency is preferred. * Establish & maintain effective, customer-focused working relationships with all levels of District management, other governmental officials, vendors, and employees.
