THE POSITION
The Business, Facilities & Operations Division is now accepting applications for Supervisor - Purchasing Services.
Under the assigned supervision, the Supervisor – Purchasing Services supervises the daily operations of the Purchasing Services Department; supervises, trains, and evaluates the performance of assigned personnel; assists in planning and developing new and revised procedures, performs a variety of purchasing related special projects such as bid and contract processing. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in government purchasing operations. Prior experience in interpreting and applying laws, rules, regulations affecting government purchasing operations and assure compliance; preparing and write complex formal bid and or RFP specifications. Experience with writing governmental purchasing practices, procedures and providing training to programs. Experience with compiling, analyzing and recording financial statistical data. A team player with strong collaboration skills. This position is full-time, in-person and has a work year of 12 months, 260 days, 8 hours per day. Leadership team members are eligible to receive a $2,500 annual stipend for a master’s degree and a $2,500 additional stipend for a doctorate, provided official documentation is submitted.To learn more about this position, click here to view the job description.

- Selected candidates from the list will be invited to a second interview with the hiring authorities, tentatively scheduled for May 14, 2026.
- Second interviews may be held in-person.
