Job Summary
The Lead Nurse provides clinical leadership and oversight of student health services across all school sites. This role serves as the organization’s primary authority on student health matters, with responsibility for developing and managing Individualized Health Plans (IHPs), establishing consistent health procedures, and training site-based personnel. The Lead Nurse does not provide daily site-based care. Instead, this position ensures that student health needs are addressed through sound clinical decision-making, clear protocols, and properly trained staff.

Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license School Nurse Services Credential preferred (or eligibility) Resume Three current reference letters
