Job Summary
Personnel Analyst (Confidential) The job of Personnel Analyst (Confidential) is performed for the purpose of providing professional-level support in classification, compensation, research, HR systems, and labor relations; conducting detailed analytical studies; preparing confidential materials for negotiations and grievances; advising management on personnel practices; supporting the integrity of District HR data system; and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and District policies. This position is designated Confidential because it supports District management in the development of employer bargaining proposals, costing models, research, contract-language review, and confidential grievance and labor-relations matters. This position will support and report to the Directors of Human Resources.
Requirements / Qualifications
Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications through a combination of education and experience in Human Resources that demonstrates proficiency in core public personnel functions, including recruitment, test development, selection, classification, and compensation. Experience: Prior experience gained in a school district personnel setting is highly desirable. Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Clearances: • Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance • TB Clearance • Physical Exam • Drug Screen • Must complete any mandatory training assigned by the District that is generally applicable to all classified employees or employees in this classification in particular.
