The Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources serves as the strategic leader of the district’s Human Resources Division, overseeing all personnel functions including recruitment, employee relations, labor negotiations, compliance, and organizational development. This role ensures alignment with district goals by implementing effective HR policies and practices, supporting staff performance and development, and advising leadership on personnel matters while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
