Job Summary
NATURE OF WORK Transcribes instructional materials into Braille, large print, and other media and assists visually handicapped students while in school with the use of the materials. DAYS/HOURS Traditional school year, six hours per day
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma and post secondary education/courses to provide the necessary skills to perform the duties of the position, including literary braille and knowledge of Nemeth code.
