EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE: 1. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in either computer science, management information systems, or business administration, and 2. A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in systems engineering, networking, communications, and operating systems for information technology management with a minimum of five (5) years of management responsibility. Experience serving as a Director or higher level within a government agency. Experience with grant submission is highly desirable. School district experience preferred with responsibility for information technology. A master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.
