Job Summary
Performs and arranges for secretarial services for senior level leadership; directs the preparation and distribution of Board Reports and background materials; composes letters as requested and oversees the maintenance and storage of academic records and information. About the vacancy Location: District Office, Department of Academics Hours/Day: 8 hours/day Days/Week: 5 days/week This is a substitute position to cover a long term absence.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education/Experience: 1) Proof of High School Diploma, AA or BA Degree preferred. 2) Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting senior level leadership, TK-12, public school experience preferred. SPECIAL LICENSE OR LANGUAGE SKILLS The ability to speak, read and write a language in addition to English, and the ability to take and transcribe dictation is desirable. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Employees must be physically and mentally able to perform the essential duties of a position with or without reasonable accommodation and without hazard to themselves or others.
