Job Summary
Written Exam and Performance Exam will be April 28, 2026. A district-wide eligibility list will be established, is valid for one year, and will be used to fill part-time, full-time, and substitute positions in this classification. PRIOR EXPERIENCE MUST BE DETAILED ON APPLICATION. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Six months of experience in large quantity food preparation, packaging and serving has been found to be a minimum requirement for successful job performance. Relevant experience, education, certificates and/or licenses may be substituted. - Valid driver’s license required. - Food Safety and Sanitation Certificate is desirable
SELECTION PROCESS: - Applications will be screened to ensure completeness and that minimum qualifications are met. - Candidates will be invited to a multiple choice exam, followed by a performance exam on April 28, 2026. - Candidates must score 70% or higher to be placed on a district-wide eligibility list. - Eligibility list will remain valid for one year to fill full-time, and part-time positions in this classification. - The top three ranks of candidates will be referred for site interviews. Additional interviews will be conducted in rank order as vacancies arise.

John Wash – 10:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. (15 hours)
Del Rey – 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (15 hours)
Wilson – 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (15 hours)
