Under the supervision of the Superintendent, is directly responsible for the administration of certificated human resources and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Possession of a valid California Administrative Credential and either a Single or Multiple Subject teaching credential authorizing service appropriate to this position • Master’s and Doctorate Degrees preferred • A minimum of five (5) years of public school experience as an administrator at the site level and/or in Human Resources • ACSA Personnel Academy course desirable • Bilingual (Spanish) desirable
