The Chowchilla Union High School District comprises a comprehensive four year academic high school, Chowchilla Union High School, a continuation school, Gateway Continuation, and an Independent Study program. Three school districts serve the overall student population for Chowchilla and the surrounding area, including Alview-Dairyland Union School District (ADUSD) and Chowchilla Elementary School District (CESD), which both feed students into the Chowchilla Union High School District programs. Job Summary
The position is established for the purposes of providing support for the educational process with specific responsibilities for performing a variety of special cleaning operations and grounds works to ensure an attractive, safe, and sanitary school environment. Specific responsibilities for providing services to maintain clean classrooms, attractive and safe grounds/athletic fields; perform special cleaning operations for the purposes of safe and sanitary facilities; prepare facilities for school activities and campus events.
Requirements / Qualifications
Custodial & Grounds experience in a school setting is preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Must be capable of: Lift/Carry: 55- 80 lbs. Push/Pull: with force of100 lbs. This is an on-call, as needed position. Hours may vary.
