Casa di Mir is looking for a part-time Spanish Teacher to join our community teaching Upper Elementary and Middle School Students. Position would be on-site about 2-3 days per week, about 8-10 hours per week of instruction or small group tutoring + prep time. Casa has small class sizes of about 10 to 18 students with students eager to Learn, Lead & Explore. The school year is from mid-August to early-June. POSITION SUMMARY The Spanish teacher is responsible for instructing students in spoken and written Spanish, including conversational skills. The Spanish teacher prepares an engaging and creative curriculum for students in grades 4th through 8th, age 9 to 14 years in small class groups. Create an environment that is conducive to the growth and development of children in the realization of their ability to learn a second language.
