Job Summary

The ELA/SS CORE teacher is a dual-subject specialist responsible for delivering integrated instruction in English Language Arts (ELA) and Social Studies. In our CORE model, the teacher stays with a single cohort of students for a two-period "block," fostering a deep sense of community while teaching students to read, write, and think like historians. The curriculum focuses on the development of ancient civilizations and the mastery of 6th-grade literacy standards.
