Job Summary
Job Summary
Under the direction of the IT Manager, configures, troubleshoots, and services networked computer workstations and related equipment, and software used in administrative and school cafeteria environments. Assists in providing information/business applications system and data system support to all users in the Agency. Provides first level technical support and help functions that relate to computer hardware, applications software, data communications, and connectivity.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education: • The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent. Microsoft or related industry certifications are highly desirable. Experience: • One year experience in computer technical support. License and Certificates • Requires valid California Driver’s License and Insurability.
