Requirements / Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: 1. High School Diploma or the equivalent; and 2. 2 years of college (48 units + ), or Associate's degree (A. A.) or higher; 3. or 2-3 years experience in a school setting working with children, and 4. Pass a local assessment of reading and math skills. Experience working in a school environment a plus.

We're seeking supportive and tech-savvy Instructional Aides for K–12 to join our virtual Connections Academy team. In this role, you'll assist certificated teachers by working with individual students or small groups, supporting instruction, tutoring in assigned subjects, and helping prepare digital or instructional materials. If you have experience assisting a teacher or tutoring students in small groups and enjoy helping learners thrive in an online environment, this position is for you! Review the job description for a full list of duties and responsibilities.
Notes:
* Candidates must reside in our service areas, including Riverside, OC, San Diego, or San Bernardino Counties.
* Virtual competency test will be administered as part of the hiring process.
* Upon hire will need to provide supporting Education documentation (College units, AA or higher Degree, certificate copy) if required by position or claimed on application.
