The Varsity Girls Soccer Head Coach leads all aspects of the program, with a focus on developing competitive teams, fostering student-athlete character, and ensuring compliance with California Interscholastic Federations regulations. Key Responsibilities : Program Leadership - Oversee all program levels Coaching & Development - Design and implement daily practice plans and game strategies that focus on skill development Administration & Compliance : Adhere to school, district, and CIF/Section guidelines Communication: Maintain professional relationship with administrators, parents, and student-athletes
