About the Employer

The San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools office acts as an intermediate service agency between the California Department of Education and the 33 school districts in San Bernardino County to help meet the educational needs of all children county-wide. Requirements / Qualifications

NECESSARY MATERIALS FOR APPLICATION •Completed Ed-Join on-line Application (incomplete application will not be considered. All fields must be filled in); •Letter of Introduction; •Current Resumé; •Three (3) Current (signed and dated within 3 years) Letters of Reference; •Applicants must meet minimum qualifications and attach all necessary materials to online application prior to the stated deadline to qualify as a candidate. A copy of a valid Driver’s License is required prior to the start of employment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS •One (1) year experience serving in a lead capacity on a technical project, program, or system implementation, which included responsibility for coordinating work and/or providing technical guidance to others; •Two (2) years experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and operating end-user computing hardware, peripherals, and software applications; •Two (2) years’ experience utilizing work order management systems to prioritize support request and performing network connectivity troubleshooting; •Possession of a high school diploma (or its equivalency) or higher or possession of a GED; •Possession of a valid Driver’s License and use of personal transportation required. (SBCSS vehicle not provided).
