KZV Armenian School is currently seeking a qualified Middle School English Language Arts teacher for grades 6–8. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of teaching experience and hold a valid California teaching credential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong classroom management skills, collaborate effectively with colleagues, be a supportive team player, and be comfortable integrating instructional technology into the classroom.

The Middle School ELA Teacher will be responsible for the following:
Teach English Language Arts (reading and writing) to middle school students in grades 6–8.
Foster a positive classroom and school culture by supporting schoolwide systems and character education programs.
Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with varying learning abilities, including those who may require additional support.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan curriculum, analyze student learning, and develop instructional strategies that support student growth.
Maintain strong classroom management and create a structured, respectful learning environment.
Uphold the school’s culture of high academic standards and positive behavior expectations.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and members of the school community.
Effectively prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks.
Address challenging situations with students, parents, and colleagues in a professional and constructive manner.
Work cooperatively as part of a collaborative teaching team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date grade records and meet important reporting deadlines.
