Pioneer Programs is seeking a motivated, independent, and passionate BCBA to join our Non-Public School (NPS) team serving students with Autism and other developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for a clinician who values collaboration, creativity, and community-based instruction within a school setting. Our campus is located in Ocean Beach, just three blocks from the beach, and serves approximately 40 students with moderate to severe disabilities, ages Kindergarten through 22. Many students present with challenging behaviors and benefit from individualized, evidence-based behavioral supports, and 1:1 supports throughout their entire day. About Our Program Pioneer Programs has been serving the San Diego community for over 20 years. Our multidisciplinary model emphasizes functional academics, vocational training, language development, and social skills, with students spending approximately half of their instructional day in the community. Small class sizes, strong community partnerships, and a supportive team environment are the foundation of our program’s continued growth and success. We follow a Traditional Academic School year of 220 days/year (plus an additional 3 in service days). Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop, implement, and maintain individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Review Behavior Emergency Reports (BERs) and provide timely, constructive feedback Deliver both corrective and positive feedback to staff to support professional growth Supervise and mentor BCBA candidates in accordance with certification requirements Participate in community outings with staff and students and create vocational connections within the community Conduct candidate interviews and prepare clear, accurate offer letters in alignment with hiring decisions and company policies Lead engaging program tours for prospective students, school district representatives, parents, and other stakeholders, prov
